A recognized thought leader, Melissa contributes to widely read publications and speaks frequently on the emerging trends and challenges of leadership in today’s non-profit environment. She is deeply engaged in exploring innovations at the intersection of AI, technology, career advancement, and leadership development.
Melissa is a passionate advocate for equity in education, women’s leadership, neurodiversity, and philanthropic support for higher education and academic medical research.
A conservatory‑trained fine artist, Melissa studied art and architecture in Paris and holds a master’s degree in arts administration with a focus on community cultural planning and philanthropy. Beyond her professional work, she serves The Gow School, a renowned boarding school for students with dyslexia and language‑based learning differences.
Through Next Chapter, Melissa brings together her strategic insight, her commitment to mission‑driven work, and her belief in honest, values‑aligned guidance—helping leaders move into their next chapter with clarity, purpose, and confidence.
